Job summary

Palo Alto Therapy in California is hiring therapists to work with individuals, teens, and couples in a collaborative, therapist-owned practice. The role offers in-person and hybrid options, with a focus on evidence-based modalities, ongoing supervision, and regular training.

Qualifications

• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) is required.
• Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples.
• Gottman Method or EFT training preferred.
• Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities).
• Availability at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, teen, and couples therapy across a varied caseload.
• Collaborate with a supportive, therapist-owned team.
• Deliver in-person and telehealth sessions in hybrid settings.
• Engage in ongoing training and clinical consultation.
• Contribute to a community-centered practice culture.
