Entune Behavioral Health in Glendale, AZ is seeking Licensed Therapists / Counselors (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW) to join our team. You will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, perform assessments, maintain documentation, and work with an integrated care team to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Active license in Arizona and ability to practice independently.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certifications preferred.
• Fingerprints clearance card and knowledge of HIPAA.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team to monitor progress.
• Assess risk of harm and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Refer clients to internal services and community resources.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA.
• Support and oversee associate-level clinicians as needed.
• Deliver evidence-based care aligned with best practices.
