Job summary

Entune Behavioral Health in Glendale, AZ is seeking Licensed Therapists / Counselors (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW) to join our outpatient team providing individual, couples, family and group therapy. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in a collaborative, therapist-first environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Active License in the state of Arizona (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LAC/LMSW).
• Independently licensed clinician preferred; supervision authorization is a plus.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including diagnoses and progress notes.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team to monitor client progress.
• Refer clients to internal services and community resources.
• Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards, support associate clinicians.
