Job summary

Qualifications

• One year experience in mental health counseling or working with individuals with serious emotional disturbances.
• Must maintain a valid state driver's license and a clear driving record.
• Must meet state Level II background screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of client needs and eligibility for services.
• Develop individualized treatment plans which fully address the client's needs.
• Provide ongoing evaluation and direct clinical services to assigned clients.
• Participate in court proceedings, clinical staffing, and education meetings.
• Coordinate crisis intervention as needed.
• Ensure documentation meets quality and compliance requirements.
• Adhere to quality standards and participate in improvement measures.
• Participate in department meetings and required trainings.
