Affirmations Psychological Services, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join Optum Behavioral Care in Columbus, Ohio. You will diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in MFT, social work, or counseling and a current Ohio license (LMFT/LPCC/LISW). In-office work 2+ days weekly is required, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, or counseling.
• Clear, active and unrestricted license (LMFT, LPCC, LISW) in Ohio.

Aufgaben

• Screen, assess, and diagnose patients for common mental health disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, emotion-focused therapy, Gottman method, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Develop treatment plans and track progress.
• Maintain EMR and clinical documentation meeting regulatory requirements.
• Participate in monthly team consultations and staff meetings.

Kenntnisse
