Roamers Therapy is looking for a full-time Fully Licensed Psychotherapist to deliver individual, couple, child, and family therapy.

Located in Chicago, this role involves both in-person and telehealth sessions. The ideal candidate will value professionalism and stability within a supportive team and will supervise pre-licensed clinicians.

Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 annually, along with comprehensive health benefits and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience providing psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated competency in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT).
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide approximately 26 direct client hours per week.
• Offer supervision and consultation to pre-licensed clinicians.
• Maintain timely progress notes.
