Job summary

Centerstone is a national nonprofit behavioral health system delivering evidence-based psychotherapy to adults, youths, and families. Clinicians provide individual, group, and family therapy, adhering to best practice guidelines and documenting care within 24 hours of service.

Three to five years in behavioral health is preferred; licensure as LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC is required, with CANS/ANSA certification. A collaborative clinical team and ongoing professional development are emphasized.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couple’s psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children seen in one’s service area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
• Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team
• Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
• Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
• Complete all assessments, including ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of the service provided.
• Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.
• Utilization and knowledge of evidenced based interventions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
• Obtain and maintain CANS/ANSA Certification

Years of Experience

Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred. Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.

Certification/Licensure

Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC

Pay Range: $74,000.00--$90,000.00
