Ellie Mental Health in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking licensed clinicians to join our W2 private practice platform, offering autonomy over your caseload and a clear path to income growth without the administrative burden of running a practice.

You’ll design your own schedule, work hybrid (in-person + remote), and receive administrative, billing, and credentialing support while you grow your caseload within a collaborative, supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current Michigan license (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP) or limited license track.
• Strong clinical documentation skills.
• Professional communication skills.
• Comfort with hybrid work model.
• Established client following or referral relationships encouraged (incentive eligible).
