Job summary

Armada Recovery in Indiana is seeking a licensed therapist to join our PHP and IOP program. You will provide addiction treatment with a focus on Indiana Medicaid guidelines, delivering individual and group counseling to help clients achieve recovery goals.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, multidisciplinary collaboration, and progress documentation, while maintaining confidentiality and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional (LPC/LSW/LISW/LCDC II/III/LICDC) in Indiana.
• Experience applying Indiana Medicaid guidelines to treatment planning.
• Proven ability to deliver evidence-based counseling for substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and determine level of care per Indiana Medicaid.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with Medicaid guidelines.
• Provide evidence-based counseling through individual and group sessions.
• Collaborate with medical, psychological, and social work teams for coordinated care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate clients on addiction, recovery, and relapse prevention.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records per policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to advance counseling skills.
