Lava Heights Academy is a residential treatment program that provides a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for vulnerable young women who are referred from juvenile courts and social service agencies both locally and across the country. The youth enter the program with a history of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness and violence. They graduate from Falcon Ridge Ranch as educated young women who have overcome challenges and have demonstrated making healthy choices for themselves and for their future.
Pay: $82,000 - $92,000 Salary per year Depending on Experience.

As a Licensed Therapist you will provide individual, family and group therapy as indicated by program/school needs. Develop and oversee the completion of treatment on an individual, family and group basis. Services include: clinical assessment, service planning, individual, group, family and milieu therapies, counseling, case management, record keeping and service coordination with a multi-disciplinary team. Document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the objectives and goals of the treatment plan.
