Position: Licensed Therapist – Psychologist, Mental Health Counselor or Social Worker.

Location: Upper East Side and Grand Central Area of New York, NY (Must be available to work in person)

About Us:

Upper East Side Psychology is a warm, collaborative group practice dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, groups, and families. We specialize in disordered eating and eating disorders and are open to providing training to incoming therapists without evidence based treatment experience and training in Eating Disorders. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate therapist to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for aNew York State licensed mental health professional(e.g., LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD) with experience working withchildren, adolescents, adults, and families. The ideal candidate is confident working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and is trained in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, play therapy, and/or family systems approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and family therapy
• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with parents, schools, and other collateral providers when appropriate
• Participate in team meetings and supervision

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted NYS licensure (LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills
