Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Licensed Therapist role located in Greater Milwaukee. The Licensed Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to clients, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients. While this position is on-site, clients are offered both in-person and telehealth options.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT in Wisconsin
• Experience in providing individual and group therapy
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Experience with electronic health records systems
• Master's degree or higher in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or a related field

Preferences

Candidates who are interested in working with specializations in eating disorders, couples counseling, children ages 3 and older, and with men are strongly encouraged to apply!

We do accept ITs on staff depending on how much supervisor availability we have at a given time. Currently we are only accepting ITs who have strong experience and/or desire work with needed populations, due to supervisor limitations.
