We are seeking a licensed therapist with expertise in substance use disorder treatment to provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients. You will work collaboratively with our medical team to develop personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and monitor client progress. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
Develop and implement treatment plans, assessments, and progress monitoring
Collaborate with medical staff to address clients' physical and mental health needs
Provide education and support to clients and their families
Maintain accurate and confidential records
Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and training sessions
