Job summary

MHMR is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning and therapy for children, adolescents and adults facing emotional and mental health challenges. You will work with individuals needing strong clinical guidance during critical moments and help them move toward healthier futures.

In this role you’ll partner closely with families, caregivers and community resources to create client-centered care plans that promote stability and independence.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree required.
  • Two years of experience in mental health services or related setting.

  • Partner with families, caregivers and community resources to develop client-centered care plans.
  • Support individuals transitioning from residential treatment, psychiatric facilities or state involvement toward healthier futures.

You’ll also support individuals transitioning from residential treatment centers, psychiatric facilities, state hospitals or involvement with the justice system- helping them move toward healthier futures and avoid out -of -home placement. Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Master’s Degree
  • Defined Education: Health and Human Services, Behavioral Science, or related field
  • Preferences: Bilingual
  • Years’ Experience: Two (2) years
  • Defined Experience: Mental Health Services, Health and Human Services, research or academic setting
  • License/Certifications: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
