Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site and/or telehealth role for a Licensed Therapist at YOUR Therapeutic Services, LLC located in Fairfield, NJ. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and independently licensed therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about providing therapy in a private practice setting, comfortable with managing their own caseload, and values both flexibility and clinical collaboration.

Qualifications

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy (in-person, virtual, or hybrid)
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations (weekly)
• Collaborate with outside providers as needed for coordinated care
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Active and unrestricted license in New Jersey (LSW, LCSW, LAC LPC, LMFT)
• Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements
• Minimum of 1–2 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills with ability to work independently
• Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth platforms
