Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Licensed Therapist based in Concord, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Licensed Therapist will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, conduct assessments and develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed clinical documentation. The therapist will also participate in case consultations and team meetings, and engage in ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent) in the state of California
• Experience in individual, couples, and family therapy
• Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate clinical records
• Strong ethical and professional standards
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling
• Commitment to continuous professional development and training
• Willing to work minimum 10 hours per week
