Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
• Licensure Requirements: Must have active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Oregon. We are also open to hiring providers licensed in Washington, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, Nevada, and Utah.
• Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, from children to adults.
• Location: Remote (U.S.-based, Work from Home). Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, HIPAA-compliant workspace. We hire in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, Nevada, and Utah. Working hours are based on Pacific Standard Time.

• A background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Based on billable services. Clinicians can earn from $84,480 to $163,014 annually, working 4 or 5 days per week. Income depends on client engagement and scheduling.
