Unbound Academy is Arizona's first virtual, tuition-free charter school, seeking a full-time Virtual Learning Facilitator to empower students 8-14 through transformative, real-world learning.

You’ll lead interactive workshops, mentor students individually and in small groups, and use data to personalize support while collaborating with fellow educators to continuously improve project-based experiences in a hybrid, fully virtual model.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. teaching certificate from any state, or expired certificate eligible for reinstatement.
• Clear, engaging communication for students ages 8–14, with an energetic virtual presence.
• Comfortable leading students live via video, with organized transitions and strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in a hybrid role in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive virtual workshops focused on life skills such as communication, creativity, problem-solving, and self-direction.
• Mentor students one-on-one and in small groups to build confidence, ownership, and executive functioning.
• Use platform data and student signals to personalize support and track progress over time.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to design and continuously improve project-based learning experiences.
• Create a safe, high-energy environment where students feel seen, challenged, and motivated to grow.
