Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Connecticut to provide telehealth care to our nationwide client base. This role requires independent licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and a commitment to delivering evidence-based, compassionate care.

You’ll have a flexible schedule with 20 hours weekly and a minimum of 15 sessions, plus administrative support, onboarding, and ongoing training. Competitive pay up to $53,400 with bonus opportunities and benefits.

Formación

• Must be independently licensed in Connecticut (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Able to provide 15 sessions minimum with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating diverse clients, including couples and children.
• Comfort with telehealth and clinical technology (EHR systems).
• Strong teamwork and contribution to clinical community.
