Job summary

Thriveworks in New Haven, CT is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. Independently licensed in CT (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD), you’ll serve diverse clients, maintain a full caseload within 90 days, and enjoy a supportive, clinician-led environment with credentialing, billing, scheduling and training handled for you.

You must be consistently available for at least 15 sessions per week and 20 hours of weekly

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Connecticut (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Able to provide telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Commitment to building measurable client progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health care to diverse clients.
• Offer telehealth and face-to-face sessions from New Haven, CT.
• Maintain a full caseload with 15+ sessions and 20 hours of weekly availability.
