Job summary

Thriveworks in Newton, MA is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. You must be independently licensed in MA (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD) and able to commit to at least 20 hours per week with a minimum of 15 sessions.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, with paid orientation and a path to build a full caseload within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must hold an independent license in Massachusetts (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW/PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions weekly with 20 hours of patient-facing availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients including couples and children.
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Comfortable using modern clinical technology including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Collaborative teammate with a community-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Maintain a full caseload with required weekly availability.
• Utilize telehealth platforms and EHR systems for documentation and care coordination.
• Participate in ongoing training, credentialing support, and contribute to a clinical community.
