Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Cincinnati, OH to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Eligible for a ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours per week.

We require LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or PhD licenses and offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, loan repayment assistance, PTO, and 401(k). Flexible scheduling spans seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Ohio — LPCC, LMFT, LISW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors
