Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face care in Buffalo, NY. We support your practice with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, plus paid orientation and training. Build a full caseload within 90 days with a flexible schedule seven days a week from 7 a.m.

to 10 p.m. ET. Eligible clinicians include LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD/licensed psychologist, with opportunities across the country in a growing, clinician-led organization that

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in NY (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD or Licensed Psychologist).
• Available for minimum 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Generalist with ability to treat diverse client groups including couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care via telehealth and in‑person sessions.
• Support client progress with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and participate in community activities.
