Thriveworks in Carmel, IN is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role requires Indiana licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or Psychologist) and a flexible schedule with at least 15 sessions weekly.

You will join a clinician-led organization with substantial client demand and a supportive clinical community. We offer credentialing and billing support, paid orientation and training, and opportunities for paid clinical supervision.

Formación

• Independent license in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist)
• Available for minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability
• Behavioral health generalist open to couples and children
• Committed to measurable client progress
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools
• Collaborative team player in a clinical community

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and in-person sessions
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and progress for clients
• Collaborate with care teams and supervisors
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training
• Support the organizational mission to deliver high-quality mental health care
