Job summary

Thriveworks in Carmel, IN is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role requires Indiana licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or Psychologist) and a flexible schedule with at least 15 sessions weekly.

You will join a clinician-led organization with substantial client demand and a supportive clinical community. We offer credentialing and billing support, paid orientation and training, and opportunities for paid clinical supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Carmel, IN.

About the Role We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Indiana — LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children

• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

Compensation

Up to $54,100.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.

You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
