Job summary

Clinicians must hold AL licenses (LICSW/LMFT/LPC) or be a licensed psychologist (PhD/PsyD) and see at least 25 sessions weekly. Compensation can be up to $105,400 with bonuses, full benefits, paid orientation, and a W2 employment model with a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the independent licenses in Alabama (LICSW/LMFT/LPC) or be a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where practicing.
• Willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Montgomery, AL.
• Complete notes within 24 hours of sessions.
• Collaborate with team and potentially grow into leadership/supervisory roles.
• Deliver high-quality behavioral health care with integrity and independence.
