Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Woodbridge, VA. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a W-2 employment model with comprehensive benefits.

Qualified candidates hold VA licenses (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD or PsyD), commit to at least 25 sessions per week, and desire leadership opportunities. Thriveworks supports clinical development, supervision, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Virginia independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) or be a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• Clinicians must be licensed and reside in Virginia.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Woodbridge, VA.

Qualifications

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Virginia:

• LCSW or LMFT or LPC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

Compensation

Up to $11,000 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
