Thriveworks in Tampa, FL seeks licensed clinicians for a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. You’ll join a clinician-led, nationwide hybrid care model with admin support and credentialing handled by Thriveworks.

The role emphasizes evidence-based care, flexibility with a seven-day-a-week schedule (7am–10pm ET) and a full caseload within 90 days. Must hold LMHC/LMFT/LCSW or Licensed Psychologist licensure in Florida and be available for at least 25 sessions weekly; we support your growth

About The Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly

Compensation

Up to $95,700.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
