Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Florida to provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and in-person sessions in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We support you with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, while you focus on patient care.

You will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with a flexible schedule across seven days a week and strong emphasis on measurable progress for clients.

Qualifications

• Must hold an independent Florida license (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW or psychologist).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions per week and 30 hours of client contact time.
• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools.
• Open to treating diverse clients including couples and children.
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based mental health care to clients via telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing and maintain flexible scheduling (seven days a week, 7am–10pm ET).
• Collaborate within Thriveworks clinical community and participate in orientation and ongoing training.
• Manage documentation and coordinate with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support provided by Thriveworks.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Fort Lauderdale, FL

About The Role

We're hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you're:

• Independently licensed and living in Florida — LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $100,500.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
