Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Stamford, CT. The role supports clinicians with group health benefits, 401k, and ongoing professional development within a national private practice.

Candidates must hold CT licenses (LCSW/LMFT/LPC or PhD/PsyD) and be able to see 25+ sessions weekly, with notes completed within 24 hours and opportunities for leadership as they grow.

Qualifications

• Licensed in CT as LCSW, LMFT, LPC or licensed psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• Ability to conduct both telehealth and face-to-face sessions.
• Willingness to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Must credential in the Thriveworks system and maintain documentation within 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and in-person therapy in Stamford, CT.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes within 24 hours of sessions.
• Collaborate with scheduling and clinical support teams for patient care.
• Possibility to grow into leadership or supervisory roles.

Overview

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Stamford, CT.

Qualifications

• LCSW or LMFT or LPC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing

Compensation

Up to $104,100 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
