Job summary

Thriveworks in Bentonville, Arkansas, is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and face-to-face sessions within a nationwide hybrid model. The team supports clinicians with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, enabling a rapid build of a full caseload.

Qualified candidates hold active AR licenses (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/CP), commit to at least 25 sessions weekly, and are comfortable working with diverse client groups.
