Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions from Portland, ME. You’ll join a clinician-led practice with flexible scheduling, a supportive community, and a nationwide hybrid care model.

Eligible professionals include LCPC, LMFT, LCSW or licensed psychologist; maintain independence; deliver care to diverse clients; and leverage telehealth and EHR tools.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure in Maine (LCPC/LMFT/LCSW or licensed psychologist) is required.
• Minimum 25 sessions per week with 30 hours of availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR tools; strong teamwork.
• Committed to measurable client progress and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Maintain a full caseload with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
• Leverage EHR tools and collaborate with clinical teams to coordinate care.
• Support client progress with measurable outcomes and ongoing case consultations.
• Participate in a clinician community and contribute to team development.
