Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Aurora, Colorado. Candidates must hold a Colorado independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC or PhD/PsyD psychologist) and reside in the state.

The role offers guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual raises, and bonus opportunities, with flexibility and a full clinical caseload after credentialing. Clinicians are expected to handle at least 25 sessions per week and may grow into supervisory

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to‑to‑face sessions in Aurora, Colorado.

Qualifications:

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Colorado:

• LCSW or LMFT or LPC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing

Compensation:

Up to $111,900 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week

• Self guided determination to complete your notes inside of 24 hours
