Job summary

The Misch Group is seeking a Professional Surveyor & Mapper in South Florida to lead survey production, boundary and platting deliverables, and regulatory compliance. The role may oversee field crews and manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Surveyor status (or eligible)
• Experience with boundary and ALTA/NSPS surveys
• Ability to oversee field crews and manage multiple projects
• Strong attention to accuracy and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Survey Production: Prepare boundary surveys
• Survey Production: Prepare topographic surveys
• Survey Production: Prepare ALTA/NSPS land title surveys
• Interpret utility as-built documentation
• Plot and analyze land descriptions
• Review title commitments and Table A items
• Technical Execution: Operate AutoCAD Civil 3D for drafting and survey production
• Technical Execution: Utilize electronic survey equipment as required
• Technical Execution: Conduct detailed research for boundary and title matters
• Technical Execution: Ensure technical accuracy and regulatory compliance of survey deliverables
• Oversight and Coordination: Oversee field crews when applicable
• Oversight and Coordination: Communicate regularly with field teams regarding scope, corrections, and updates
• Oversight and Coordination: Maintain survey quality standards
• Oversight and Coordination: Support construction layout and platting deliverables as needed
