Qualifications

• Indiana Licensed Surveyor required or ability to obtain licensure in Ohio within 6 months.
• Bachelor's degree in land surveying, geomatics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, with focus on mortgage survey review and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage surveys for compliance with legal and industry standards.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of survey data (boundaries, dimensions, etc.).
• Identify errors in survey data and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with field crews, drafters, and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare final reports summarizing survey findings and conclusions.
• Provide technical guidance to drafters and staff.

Key Responsibilities
