The successful candidate will be a licensed PLS in Georgia with 10+ years of experience, strong leadership, client management skills, and a track record of budgeting, QA/QC, and mentoring teams to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (GA).
• Minimum 10 years of surveying experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make independent decisions.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience managing budgets and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the local survey department.
• Guide Survey Technicians and Field Crews.
• Ensure compliance with state surveying regulations.
• Prepare proposals with timelines and budgets.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, and financial performance.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of drawings and legal descriptions.
• Adhere to QA/QC guidelines and principles.
• Mentor and develop Survey Department staff.
• Maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Lead and resolve complex survey challenges.
