Great Clips Inc. is hiring licensed stylists and barbers in Florida. You bring the skills, we provide the customers. You won’t need to build a book or chase clients—we handle the marketing and walk-in traffic.

Expect a guaranteed base wage with total earnings between $20 and $50 per hour, plus product commissions and tips, paid training, health insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology or Barber license required.
• Strong cutting skills or eagerness to build them fast.
• Genuine customer service instincts and teamwork.
• Availability including some evenings and weekends.

We're a locally owned Great Clips franchise, and we're hiring licensed stylists and barbers — experienced pros, recent grads, and anyone who wants a real income without the grind of building a clientele from scratch.

What You’ll Earn

• A guaranteed competitive base wage — you get paid it whether the salon is packed or slow. Your paycheck isn't a gamble on foot traffic.
• Our successful stylists earn $20–$50 per hour in total effective wage — base wage plus productivity, product commissions, and tips.
• Up to 20% commission on product sales.
