Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Board-approved Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) in Indiana.
• Post-graduate experience in counseling focusing on depression and anxiety.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision per DSM.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time availability (30 hours/week, 25 client visits, 5 hours admin).
• Reside within 45 minutes of Lafayette; hybrid work (50% in office, 50% remote).
• Flexible scheduling.
