As the Social Worker, provides medical social services under the direction of a physician and Interdisciplinary Group to assist in the understanding of significant social and emotional factors related to the patient’s health status and in development of coping mechanisms.

Master's Degree from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work
Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
Additional State Specific Requirements:
OR: Licensed as a Social Worker from the State Board of Social Work.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $63,080 to $94,620 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
