Qualifications

• Active license in good standing to practice under supervision.
• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, create treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy under supervision.
• Commitment to ethical care, supervision, and timely documentation.
• Consistent availability to serve clients and grow caseload.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching; pursue private practice goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy under clinical supervision and develop treatment plans.
• Assist clients in building a private practice while under supervision and supervision oversight.
• Maintain compliant documentation, portals, and scheduling with the support team.
