Mindful Therapy Group invites licensed or soon-to-be-licensed therapists to join our Colorado network. Gain practical private practice ownership with strong supervision, referrals, and office resources as you build your caseload toward independent licensure.

We provide credentialing, billing, scheduling, and compliant support along with secure EHR tools and ongoing coaching. You’ll work in-person from our Colorado offices, with a path to private practice growth and licensure.

Qualifications

• Active or pending associate-level clinical license in good standing.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, create treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy under clinical supervision.
• Commitment to ethics, supervision, and timely documentation.
• Consistent availability to serve clients and grow caseload.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.
• Drive to build private practice while working toward full licensure.
• Professional liability insurance and business credentials required.
