Job summary

Psycho Social Therapies is seeking Licensed Social Workers to provide counseling services in long term care centers in the Fremont and Toledo areas. Roles include flexible full-time or part-time hours with minimal travel and a focus on geriatric populations.

Qualified candidates are licensed as LSW or LCSW, personable, and capable of collaborating with facility staff to support residents' mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Must be Licensed Independent Social Worker or Licensed Social Worker to apply.
• Personable and flexible, able to have a good working relationship with facility staff.
• Experience in long term care facilities or with geriatric population is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services in long term care centers.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy, group therapy and family therapy.
• Deliver in-services to educate facility staff.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with facility staff.
