Job summary
Psycho Social Therapies is seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker or Licensed Social Worker to provide counseling in long term care centers around the Westside of Cleveland and surrounding areas.
Positions are open for full time and part time hours with very flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and minimal travel. Join a dedicated, caring team delivering support to geriatric residents and staff in facilities.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed as LISW or LMSW to apply.
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric population is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling services in long-term care centers.
- Offer one-on-one, group, and family therapy.
- Collaborate with facility staff and provide staff education as needed.
