Job summary

WHITINGTON HOMES AND SERVICES in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking licensed or license-eligible social workers, mental health counselors, and marriage and family therapists to provide vital home and community services. This role offers full-time or part-time flexibility, with scheduling available from Monday to Sunday.

Candidates will perform evaluations, create treatment plans, and work closely with various services to support children and families. Competitive compensation along with 403(B) plan and paid time off are included.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license‑eligible in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and up-to‑date insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations for clients.
• Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans.
• Maintain contact with services and caregivers.
