Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii) or Licensed Social Worker (Hawaii).
• Basic Life Support required at hire by American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate case management and referrals for patients and families.
