Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LMSW or LCSW-C license required.
• MSW from an accredited program.
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or related clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention, case management, and community resources.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Compassionate, client-centered approach with a commitment to ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling and therapeutic interventions
• Coordinate care and connect clients with community resources, support services, and referrals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, case managers, and behavioral health professionals
• Advocate for client rights and support clients through crisis intervention when needed
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes
