Guided Growth LLC is a small, innovative, and integrative therapy practice located in the heart of beautiful downtown Red Bank, NJ. We specialize in addiction recovery, Brainspotting therapy, and ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP). Our practice is committed to fostering a creative and supportive environment, offering a range of therapeutic services including individual therapy, group therapy, and therapeutic book clubs.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in addiction treatment and a strong interest in integrative and innovative therapy approaches. This position offers the opportunity to work both in-person at our downtown Red Bank office and virtually, providing flexibility and a supportive environment. Supervision is included, making this a great opportunity for individuals pursuing New Jersey State Licensure as an LCSW or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy sessions, both in-person and virtually.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Brainspotting and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
• Participate in and contribute to group activities such as therapy groups and book clubs.
• Collaborate with the practice team to develop and implement creative therapeutic strategies.
• Engage in supervision and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Approved by the board as a Licensed Social Worker.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting.
• Experience in addiction treatment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity or interest in Brainspotting therapy and ketamine-assisted therapy is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong commitment to innovative and integrative approaches to therapy.
