The position would be responsible for providing assessment of social and emotional problems that are, or are expected to be an impediment to the effective treatment of the patient’s medical condition or their rate of recovery.

• Masters Degree in Social Work required with current LSW licensure
• 1+ year of supervised clinical experience; community health experience preferred
