What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants
- Provide coverage consultation for small business insurance lines including BOP, Workers Compensation, and more
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks
- Maintain a customer-focused approach to deliver tailored insurance solutions
- Manage desk operations effectively while prioritizing timely outcomes for customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active commercial Property & Casualty license required
- Eligibility to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non-resident states
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience preferred
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell effectively
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
