Job summary

All About Kids is a mission-driven provider delivering Early Intervention services across NYC. We seek licensed Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) and Clinical Fellows (CF) who enjoy collaborating with a team of expert clinicians to unlock a child’s potential.

CFs receive robust supervision and quarterly stipends; licensed SLPs earn competitive hourly rates with a potential annual compensation above market norms.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech Language Pathology required or CF eligible.
• CFY eligibility with supervision available.
• TSSLD certification required for practice in NY.
• Current NYS licensure in SLP required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a web-based platform for onboarding and documenting delivery of services.
• Prepare individualized treatment plans.
• Document services rendered in a timely manner.
• Review child progress through ongoing assessments and data.
• Participate in IEP/IFSP team meetings.
• Coach families regarding services and goals.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
